Well, I got the fantastic news today that I am approved for the house. In fact, I found out that my mom doesn't need to co-sign and I got a really good rate. So, I feel like God is really looking out for me. I have been so nervous about everything for what seems like ages, and it is finally coming to fruition. Yeah! I have a reason to use the word fruition. I just feel giddy at the moment. My house payments are $200 lower than I was first told, and it is a 30-year fixed loan so I don't have to freak out in the next few years about refinancing. I just can't wait!
