Christmas Eve In My Nutshell

Christmas Eve has managed to be incredibly stressful. Believe it or not, I am looking forward to the days when I can just chill out and regroup. Emotions were running high and I just needed my family to be nice to me and each other. I did have some great moments in all of the stress and sadness. I worked until 5:30 and only cried twice. The women at my job are so kind to me. Then when I got home I was able to help my dad give my mom a big surprise by setting the table in all new 12 Days of Christmas plates with golden chargers. There were cute little santa sconces at each place setting with tapered red and white candles. It was so beautiful and magical in that moment. I want to hold onto that moment.
